Tonya Harris

Tonya Harris earned a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition degree with a Summa cumLaude distinction. Her passion for nutrition stems from being a mother of three and a childhood leukemia survivor, both of which inspired her to open an online retail store that carries only natural and organic products. She has also been speaker-trained by Jeffrey Smith of the Institute for Responsible Technology on the health implications of genetically modified foods, and enjoys speaking to local organizations and parent groups. Tonya has heavily researched ways to help children with ADHD and concluded her studies by writing a thesis entitled Improving Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children with Nutritional Interventions: A Holistic Approach. Her mission is to educate teachers and parents on the use of nutritional therapies and lifestyle interventions as an alternative to medication as well as how to optimize brain function in children.
