Are Your Genes Depressing You? MTHFR & Your Mood with Coleen Walsh (MTHFR & Methylation Part 2)

Announcements and Book Nook book review segment: 0:00 - 15:00
Coleen Walsh Webinar presentation: 15:00 - 1:14:32

This webinar is Part Two of MTHFR & Methylation with Coleen Walsh, MFA, MNT. Join us for an important review of the methylation cycle before we dive in and reveal how depletion of certain nutrients can affect our mood.  Many of these nutrients are processed within the Methylation cycle and defects in these pathways can lead to an imbalance.  We will discuss how the MTHFR enzyme affects the BH4/Neurotransmitter cycle and which B vitamins act as co-factors. In this webinar, Coleen Walsh will show that our genes are not our destiny and discuss how diet, lifestyle changes and supplementation can support our client’s emotional health.

The beginning of this webinar features Hawthorn's Book Nook book review segment with returning guest Hawthorn student Debbie Vail and Paula Bartholomy discussing Suzy Cohen's book Eczema: Itchin' For a Cure.
